Refund and Returns Policy
Because products in our store are supplied and fulfilled by a network of trusted partners, return addresses and procedures may vary depending on the supplier that shipped your item.
For this reason, please contact our customer support team before sending any item back so we can provide the correct return instructions.
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- In the same condition that you received it
- Unworn or unused
- With tags attached
- In its original packaging
- Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase

- Confirm whether your item is eligible for return
- Provide the correct return address for the supplier who fulfilled your order
- Send any relevant return instructions
Items sent back without contacting customer support first may not be accepted, as the return address varies depending on the supplier.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order when it arrives. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us immediately at customerservice@shopholidayextras.com so we can investigate and resolve the issue.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Some items cannot be returned, including:
- Perishable goods (such as food)
- Custom or personalised products
- Certain personal care items (such as opened beauty or skincare products)
- Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
If you are unsure whether your item is eligible for return, please contact customer support before requesting a return.
We also cannot accept returns for:
- Sale items
- Gift cards
Exchanges
If you would like to exchange an item, the quickest way is to return the original item and place a new order once the return is approved.
European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is delivered within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification.
Items must still be returned unused, in their original condition, with packaging and proof of purchase. Please contact customer support to begin the process.
Refunds
Once the returned item has been received and inspected by the relevant supplier, we will notify you whether the refund has been approved.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or card provider to process the refund.
